• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling or reselling Platform Content for commercial purposes without written consent;
• Impersonating 444p, its representatives or any other person or entity in connection with the Platform;
• Publishing false, misleading or defamatory information about 444p or its Content;
• Attempting to circumvent, disable or interfere with security features, access controls or technical measures on the Platform;
• Using the Platform to facilitate fraud, deception or any activity that could harm other users, Operators or third parties.

Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension of your access to the Platform and may be referred to the appropriate legal authorities where warranted.

All content, design elements, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software on the Platform are the exclusive property of 444p or its content licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark and database rights.

The 444p name, logo and associated branding are the trademarks of 444p. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the 444p name, logo or any associated trademarks without prior express written permission.

You may print or download extracts from Platform pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the materials and that you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Any use of Platform Content beyond what is expressly permitted in these Terms constitutes infringement and may give rise to legal action.

Platform Content may include references to, descriptions of or contextual mentions of third-party products, services, brands, operators, payment providers and sports organisations. These references are made solely for educational, informational or contextual purposes and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, partnership or commercial relationship between 444p and any such third party.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 444p expressly disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or secure;
• Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any Content;
• Warranties that any information about bonuses, odds, payment methods or operator terms is current or available at the time of reading.

Gambling involves financial risk. No Content on the Platform constitutes financial advice, legal advice, professional gambling advice or any other form of professional guidance. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, 444p, its directors, employees, content contributors, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 444p's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

444p acknowledges that a significant portion of its user base is located in Pakistan. Pakistani users should be aware of the following:

• Pakistan has significant gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, which broadly prohibits gambling activities within Pakistan's jurisdiction.
• The legal status of accessing online gambling information, using online betting services or participating in remote gambling from within Pakistan is subject to applicable national, provincial and local law.

Where changes are material, 444p will make reasonable efforts to draw Users' attention to the updated Terms through a notice on the Platform homepage or equivalent prominent display. However, 444p does not undertake to provide individual notification to all Users.

Continued access to or use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444p is registered and operates, as determined at the time of the relevant dispute.

For Pakistani users, these Terms do not override or displace any applicable mandatory provisions of Pakistani law. To the extent that any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of Applicable Law in Pakistan, the mandatory provision shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Nothing in this clause prevents 444p from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in any jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable in whole or in part, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted.

Any modification or deletion of a provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
